Send a thank you email to Norton/LifeLock

I sent a thank you email and have attached a screenshot of it as a file.  The address was not accepted.  I used <norton@nortonlifelock.com>

Anyway, I just wanted to give recognition to Raj because he was great!  I'm sorry if this post is inappropriate for this forum, but I did not know how to contact Norton directly.  Thanks, Robert Mele [Removed]

I have escalated your thread to try to pass on your comments to the appropriate department.

I do not think Norton will accept emails but thanks for the commendatory post for Raj.
