Sent e-mail not saved

 I'm using outlook 2007 So I'm not sure if this will work, but it is worth a shot.

Please try the following:

  • Tools
  • Options
  • preferences
  • e-mail options
  • save copies of messages in Sent Items folder

Stu:  Thanks for the idea.  I don’t have one of those steps but I did get to the spot where I could put a check in the box for saving a copy of the sent e-mail.  I was already checked when I got there.  so, I unchecked and re-checked it.  I will see if that works.  Halfish

Yes, I was able to resolve the problem.  I tried any number of things, so I am not all together sure what I did that helped.  Thanks for all the ideas to everyone.  Halfish
