I don't understand but I activate the product and it shows the right amount of days left in my subscription. But then days later, it goes into trial mode and I have to re-activate the product again. Activation works fine but it's extremely annoying to have to do that every few days. SEP5 is all up to date and there are no errors in console. I've even uninstalled SEP5 and deleted the program's files and then re-installed and updated in the hope of fixing the issue but nothing works. I don't expect much of a solution since I'm quite stumped by this little bug. Normally, a clean install usually fix issues but this time it just doesn't work. It could just be my Mac doing something weird with the SEP5 files. I'm in no rush to fix this small bug, but any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
