I have a question of the SEP 11.0 renewal.
My company had used the SEP 11.0 (not manager) and it will get expired later. We had buy the renewal.
I would like to ask am i need to uninstall the existing one to renewal? And also I would like to ask which file should use for renew?
Is that the Symantec Endpoint Protection Integration Component_7_0.exe? or the setup file in the Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_11-3 folder?
The SEP in our company is the SEP 11.0 and the OS is windows XP
