I have to renew my subscription. So I go thorugh the process and purchase the product. I could not print the invoice because Norton had a screen on top for downloading. So I go through this process of installed the product and rebooting.
But no email has shown up yet! The antivirus software has changed. Has new colors and appearance.
STILL says only 1 day to renew1 Why??
I log into my Norton account and there is no information about the purchase.
Can someone help me please?
