For the last 7-8 hours, upon trying to login in under Norton Parent Control, I am sent directly to a page indicating a server error and requesting me to try later or contact support. Here is the text:
"Sorry, An error has occurred on the server.
Please, try your request again later.
An error has occurred with our service, your data is safe, but for your protection and to prevent any possible loss of data your request was halted. The error has been logged and reported and we will look into it shortly.
Please return to the home page and log in again. If the problem persists, contact us for assistance."
It looks like when something similar happened in the past past, KatieQ Admin said she would look into it and the situation resolved within 2 hours of the initial post/query. But this has been 7-8 hours. By the way, I just recently installed Norton Parent Control and uninstalled K-9 afterwards since K-9 seemed to be conflicting with Norton Parent Control (NPC). I would try to uninstall and install NPC again, except when I am asked for the password to uninstall, I get the (presumeably) the same inability to login.
