message comes up when i tried to install Norton on my iphone 5s from the email link
Which application are you trying to install? Norton Security - Phone Finder?
Have you tried restarting your device?

The Norton Security for IOS does not really give any benefit. All it can do is backup your contacts and help with finding your lost/stolen device. And these features only work if you leave the app running in the background. You can get the same features for free from Apple with the Find my Phone app and iCloud.
