The same problem is on the phone. I tried to find a solution on the internet but nothing helped me (tried liveupdate, fix tool, remove and reinstall tool). In result I just can’t use Norton. I’ll be very greatfull if you help me with this problem
Since I am located in the middle east and I bought the license from Czech Republic, I assumed that changing the location to Europe will help.
I managed to fix it on my iPhone and my windows PC using a free VPN to change my location to France and activate Norton then I deleted the Free VPN.

Do you see "server error" with Activate Now? ..... YES
Do you have Norton account? ..... YES
Does Norton account report subscription Active? YES
As the problem occurs on multiple different devices (iPad, iPhone, WIN11_PC), I assumed that it is a real server connection issue.

I just paid a 3-years subscription for 360 Premium. I have the same problem. I tried all suggestions above with no result. Please help.

I think there is a problem with the account. I installed norton for the first time and I can’t log into the account. This problem "Server error..." appears after I enter my password. There are no problems logging into the account on the website, but when I try to log into the account on the phone (app from App store) the same problem (Server error...) occurs. Looks like I really need to contact Norton support(
