I have been trying to get logged into my Norton Family account for the last couple weeks and it doesn't work on either of my devices. I keep getting this message:
Server Error
Your request was stopped for your protection. Your data is safe, and the error has been reported and will be investigated.
Return to the Norton Family homepage and sign in again. If the problem persists, contact Support.
So I'm contacting support...please help me get logged in! It's getting frustrating.
