Setting menu in Norton Password Manager app

I can’t find “List this device for desktop unlock” under the menu “vault unlock”
to unlock using the mobile phone. Any suggestion?

What device and Android version are you using?

Have you set up Norton Password Manager in a browser on your PC?

du skal huske at der er stor forskel på hvad norton password manager kan på mobilen og telefonen og selv om den er sat op på mobilen virker det ikke altid måske 90% af gangene men de arbejder på en stor opdatering til browseren hvornår den kommer hved jeg ikke men de arbejder på den

I can use Passwordless Vault Unlock at the moment. However, when I remove the device from “Manage My Devices”, the “List this device for desktop unlock” on the menu should reappear, right?

Devices are listed with a specific ID/serial number for the installation on the mobile device. If you remove the device from Manage My Devices it removes that id from use. You should try reinstalling the Norton Password Manager app on your mobile. That should bring up the option to List this device… again.
