I am using Vista Home 32 bit and with the Comcast version of Norton.
1. I am logging into sites using the same (saved) usernames and passwords and am receiving error messages from those sites telling me my password is incorrect.
2. Identity safe used to automatically save a login id and password or at least give a manual option? Some of the recent sites I want save logins on, do not save or give me that option.
3. On some secure sites (I am working in the insurance field), I will login successfully, and then it will try to use the login name in another subsection of the site I'm already logged into, where it is not wanted or needed. I have to delete the info to proceed.
4.Was there a change recently with Identity Safe? Formerly, all logins showed up as green highlighted ids and passwords, and now they show up as yellow. Is this due to a change or is there something else going on?
