Shared my screen with Norton rep and now no Norton protection at all

I called a Norton support number only to have my screen shared and have my Norton 360 removed from my system and password vault wiped out. While sharing my screen they wanted me to log into my bank account which I refused. Phone call was disconnected and while I sitting perplexed I noticed my screen, still being shared was now going to my book marked bank web site. I immediately shut my system down.

I feel that if I call again I do not know if I really am working with a Norton person. I have been trying to reach a person in Norton who cares and I guess execs do not get mail from Gmail accounts as I have sent 2 with no response. And on top of all the bad issues someone literally shut down my norton account which is still good for over 170 days expiring on Dec 7, 2025.

Where do I go for help? Can someone contact me so I am sure I am talking to a real Norton rep? I believe the Norton numbers may be hacked and transferring them to a malicious number. HELP

Norton official support is via Chat | Phone | Social Support. No email support.
Please share your geo-location/country?
Since, Norton 360 was removed. Is Windows Security running?
