Sharing: my experience on upgrading from NIS2014 to NS

OK, I want to share my experience on upgrading from NIS2014 to NS. I have six unused keys of NIS.  I have found the support (live chat) around 6 times. Below is my summary:

1. I have found support for around 4 times to confirm that I cannot transfer the key of NIS to trial version of NS. I must BUY the product.

2. OK, I admit the reality and really want to try new version and decide to buy. For safety, I ask the support again whether he can combine all of my six unused keys. The support said that he can only merge 5 products together. OK...OK. Since I really want to use new version, I accept the deal and think that combine 5 out of 6 keys is not that bad. I accept it.

3. I go ahead and buy. I find the support again. Then, the support told me the maximum subscription time of any Norton product is 3 years. And he can delete one of my NIS and add 2 years on top of my NS subscription.

I have no way but just to accept it. The result: Originally, I think I can combine 5 out of 6. But now, it turns out I can use only 1 out of 6 of my NIS key.

I just want to share my information to others and others can think of themseleves whether to upgrade or not. I already don't want any solution and the live chat has wasted me several hours. After the 3 years of NS subscription ends, I will leave Norton completely.
