I am trying to share / download to other devices but keep receiving the error 404 message - reloading / retrying does not work. Any advice?

What devices are you trying to download to? Windows or mobile devices?
Are you physically at the other devices? If so, are you downloading 360 from your Norton Account from each device?
Hi @peterweb I am downloading to a mobile phone. I have been using my mobile to access the QR code on my computer. The prompt indicates that I will redirected to the Google Play store to access 360 but then the error 404 message pops up.
I have only used 3 / 5 of the ‘shares’ that are available.
Just go to the Google Play Store app on the mobile device and search for and install Norton 360. During the install process look for a Sign in button to sign into your Norton Account and activate the app.
