I had hoped to find another place where I could privately post this but this may be the only place .. one of the odd things about the symantec websites.
When I am done with the Norton Shopping cart and am ready to make my purchase i click on the Continue link and it sends me back to the same place. The web page is http://buy.norton.com/estore/mf/cart# and the Continue link is http://buy.norton.com/estore/mf/cart# What the ***** is that. Do they not want me to make a purchase?
