Detailed description: I have just had Norton installed by a professional but we have tried all the options suggested to add a shortcut to the Norton web page as it says I am allowed 6. However after the 1st add on it will not let me add any more and there is no error message. we have even uninstalled Norton and then re installed

Did you try → Restore settings to their original defaults

Did you try → Launch Norton Private Browser automatically when your computer starts = Off & Restart (not Shut down) machine
