"Show Activity For" Period at OnlineFamily

I have encountered a strange thing while using Online Family to review activity of two children.
I usually set the “Show Activity For” box to 7 days. This works fine in any of the tabs except “All Activity”. This tab seems to disregard the 7 day setting. For one child it shows about 3 days for the other it shows only 1 day. As the “All Activity” tab is the first thing I usually look at it gives me the impression that while activity was busy today/yesterday previously there was none/little. But if I look at the “web” or “Search” or “IM” tabs I get a whole different picture.

I don’t remember it being like this before.
I am also intrigued by the fact that the length of reporting for each child is different. I wondered whether it was limiting the report to a set number of pages but this is not true. The 1 day child runs to about 4 pages and the 3 day child to 7 pages.

Could it be that I have inadvertently changed a setting somewhere? If so, where, and how to change it back?

Thanks. I need to check that on my kids' machines which I can't get to right now. will report back later.

In the meantime, you must have been asked this a thousand times but isn't Safety Minder supposed to automatically update itself?

yes it is supposed to automatically update itself, and right now we are certifying that process, so for now you can manually update, but if you wait, it will eventually automatically update to the newest revision.
