Sign in problem?

I had to recently uninstall and then reinstall Internet Security because the auto update feature was not working.

The reinstall fixed the update feature OK but I still have one niggling problem.

 

At the top right hand corner of the home screen, there is a 'sign in' feature which when clicked on, should allow me to sign into my account.

If I click on 'sign in' , the 'Continue' button is greyed out so I can't sign in.

 

Any suggestions?

 

Yes I do but the 'Continue' button remains greyed out.

 

I should add that I have Internet Security installed on 3 computers but only my home desktop has this problem.

 

Home is running Vista Home Premium, other 2 are running XP and Wndows 7.

Well duh!!!!

 

I added my login and password and guess what?.....it worked!!!!

 

Don't know why it would not work before.......screeeeeeeeech!

Hi ruff - Welcome to the Norton Community. :-)

 

You could try something which would be to unregister your Android device from Norton Mobile Security (NMS) by using the NMS website.

 

Uninstall NMS from your device using the device settings.

 

Then on your computer or an interent enabled device login to the NMS Web control panel using the Norton Account details linked to the original install of NMS.

 

Click on the link below for the NMS website -

Once logged in select your device to manage then using the gear icon delete  or unregister the device from NMS.

 

When finished download NMS from Google Play on the device then install and swipe thru to the sign in and activate and register steps.

 

Hopefully the steps above will help to fix your problems with sign in errors.

Thsnks for the reply. Before I had a chance to do the icon has disappeared, and evrything is working ok. I do not know wether the app got updated which cured it but thanks for the help.
