sign of infection?

wondering if this is a sign of infection or bot junk or anything taking over my computer

I know that 192.168.0.1 is my router or in my case the DSL box

But in the past when I would log on, in the internet worm protection activity log (NAV2008) I would see the following entry at log on  which is good

Port Blocking allowed 192.168.0.1(8)

however today when I start my computer I get this entry about 12 times within a minute:

Port Blocking allowed 66.142.168.255(3)

this is the IP address of my DSL company   dsl.rcsntx.swbell.net

this entry shows from the time of start up and even after I get a Port Blocking allowed 192.168.0.1(8)

9:50:19am   Port Blocking allowed 66.142.168.255(3)

9:50:23amPort Blocking allowed 66.142.168.255(3)

9:50:26am   Port Blocking allowed 66.142.168.255(3)

9:50:30am   Port Blocking allowed 66.142.168.255(3)

9:50:35am   Port Blocking allowed 66.142.168.255(3)

9:50:37am   Port Blocking allowed 66.142.168.255(3)

9:50:39am   Port Blocking allowed 66.142.168.255(3)

9:50:41am   Port Blocking allowed 66.142.168.255(3)

9:50:43am   Port Blocking allowed 66.142.168.255(3)

9:50:44am   Port Blocking allowed 66.142.168.255(3)

9:50:48am   Port Blocking allowed 66.142.168.255(3)

9:50:50am   Port Blocking allowed 66.142.168.255(3)

Then the connection log shows my computer connecting to 192.168.0.1  after which the internet worm protection activity log shows

9:57:12am Port Blocking allowed 192.168.0.1(8).

But then at 10:00:32am it shows Port Blocking allowed 66.142.168.255(3) again

Since then it has returned to Port Blocking allowed 192.168.0.1(8).

Not sure why today it did not go right to 192.168.0.1 at start up

This sound like any maleware influence?
