When I visit a torrent web site I get a threat pop up window that plays 3 beeps. That 3 beeps is annoying and loud and I want to turn it off. Support says there is only a way to disable the sound and notification for 24 hours. Is there not a way to replace the sound file within the program with a recording of silence. Where is that dam file

I cant change the file. Tried to rename it but I dont have admin rights. I even rebooted into safe mode but still cant change the sound file. Any advice
