Greetings Norton community
As of today I have encountered an issue where silent mode is active all the time while have no fullscreen programs or games running. This undermines liveupdates forcing me to update manually, and yet I have no idea how this occured as everything was working just great yesterday. My OS is Win8 Pro 64-bit.
EDIT: It now seems to have reverted back to normal. One theory I do have is that yesterday I disabled the "allow ethernet adapter to wake up the system" function, but as I reverted it to default and rebooted the systray icon is now back to normal. Note that multiple reboots did not solve this, only after I reverted to default in the power management options for my ethernert adapter.
