I use XP Pro SP3. My notebook hard drive is configured as follows:
volume layout type file sys status capacity free %free
. Partition Basic FAT Healthy (eisa configuration) 63MB 55MB 87%
C: Partition Basic NTFS Healthy (system) 48.8GB 10.26GB 21%
D: Partition Basic NTFS Heatly (page) 25.67GB 16.55GB 64%
As you can see I have already moved my page file to the D: drive to create space on the C: drive. Also, I am running a Sybase database on drive C: (for what that's worth). Also, I do execute some programs on drive D:, the most often used is GoldMine.
I would simply like to increase C: by 10MB and reduce D: by 10MB.
What are my generic steps? What do I look out for? I have never done anything like this before.
