I apologize if this is the wrong way to go about this but I've sent 4 email to support about this and haven't gotten a reply. One of my companies sites, www.digitalarteries.com has been owner verified for quite some time now but hasn't been tested. Any suggestions as to how to get this done? I'm really fed up. I like Norton but man I'm about through with the work it's taken to get sites verified and tested. This is my 4th site I've submitted over the years and I've had problems with Norton following through on each.
