Dear Norton,
I have registered two websites to be rated with Norton Safe Web….
The first I registered over 5 weeks ago, and the second only a couple of days ago. (The second is the Spanish version of the first). I understand that the process should only take around two weeks. I sent an email to Symantec but had no response. After seeing that several people had posted similar posts with Norton Community, I decided to do the same.
At the moment there are grey question mark icons next to the sites. I would really appreciate it if they could be rated.
