Hi there. I have a couple of websites that a few weeks ago were hacked and some bad js code inserted. The issue with these websites has been fixed and they are now clean. I need to verify ownership so I can get the Norton Rating fixed but the site verification process is failing. I have tried both methods (metatags and html file) and neither works so I am assuming something funny about Joomla sites as heaps of people are posting the same problem.
I did attempt to contact the Safe Web team via the "submit feedback" link but that was several days ago and I have had no response.

Are you able to manually verify the sites for me so I can get these sites re-classified as safe?
