Site verification problem

Hi, I followed the instrunctions from Norton's email in order to verify the ownership of our site, but it keeps saying the verification failed.

 

b. Create a file with the following file name and content:

                File name: nortonsw_cd589030-5edf-0.html
                File content:
llcf3wjorlqtw3drww3aq42q63-y8ffu8once4cnz1zigmsbopvo5y6ea4chih2goy-lrt5iv4t3e3uyb6mn1qsz5kqh4mki5aytarrcsrd8q-9kenid4jpph8aaa0lz

            Add this file at the root folder of your Web site.

            Verify that the file is publicly available at:
               hxxp://milenix.xxx/nortonsw_cd589030-5edf-0.html

 

As you can see the file is setup correctly.
