Is it possible to create custom skins for NIS2010? The current ones really don't go with my current desktop.

I have already found that option, and I'm now using the simple black theme. But I was using that even before I asked my question :smileywink:

 

Any other options?

bjm_  is correct.

 

Based upon the assembly method of the UI, there are no user level options for replacing or modifying the supplied backgrounds.

We used to be able to pick different colors for the backgrounds, but they took away that option also.

I wonder who uses a bad-looking skin like Orchid... I won't try hacking the .exe with ResHacker as Norton will surely notice this :smileyvery-happy:

It hadn’t occurred to me that you could change the skin until I saw this thread, so I’m glad I read it! I tried all of them and, apart from the default skin which is excellent anyway, I really like the ‘Orchid’ skin, so I’m using it for now. I’ll probably alternate between ‘Orchid’ and the default skin from now on. Many thanks, it’s nice to have a change available!
