I'm so sorry for the late reply....and new thread here. But as requested! I will repost my saga.
Making a long story very short.........got the "3039,1" error and kept digging for the cause for a few day's and came up with nothing until I ran MBAM in safe mode and SKYNET showed up. Deleted in safe mode via MBAM and it reinfected when in normal mode. Did the MDAC repair work and such as advised in the other thread also deleted NIS2009 over and over then came across http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic234033.html and followed all instructions and got rid of most but not all of SKYNET. Thought I had it cleared all of the Trojan until I ran GMER and found lots of traces still left. Nothing is showing up from NIS, MBAM, RootRepeal or SmitfraudFix so after feeling like a fool and thinking it was gone (then posting like I figured it out) I went to you for advice.............I am humbled now! Here is the latest and most recent logs. (new as of now,,,,but late for your physical time, EST, GMT or??!!)

Looking forward to running Combofix and getting rid of this. In your opinion is it worth it to go back to ZA, NAV and Webroot? I never got infected with that combo. I just went to NIS 2 weeks ago and I'm worried.
