Issue abstract: I seem to have acquired a sliding icon in mobile all the time !!!

Detailed description: I seem to have acquired a sliding icon on my mobile screen all the time. I just hate it and want o get rid of it as soon as possible.

Please, ANYONE help!

If @SoulAsylum 's post does not help, look at the Accessibility Android Settings for the Accessibility Shortcut icon in newer Android versions, and how to turn it off. It is in Android Settings > Accessibility. Tap on Installed services > Norton 360. Then turn off the option Norton 360 Service Shortcut.

@peterweb @SoulAsylum . Best thing for mr to say is that the setting on my Nokia phone is under accessibility, i look at the Norton and it is known as the Norton 360 Service Shortcut. Thx both for your support.
