Detailed description: Resolution changes ineffective at enlarging the ‘Settings’ box; can’t see options on right; have to scroll up, down and sideways; like a puzzle.

Hello. How is this related to Norton? Your Windows scaling settings are at 150% and resolution 2560x1600. Change those settings, things should return to normal again.

I’m partially blind in one eye, hence the settings. What should resolution be set to, please?
1920x1080 with 100% scaling should be good. Sorry hearing about your disability.
