I am using Norton Internet Security Version 19.9.1.14 (Windows 7, 64 Bit system). The last week or so, my internet connection has been running very slow. I have 2 other machines that do not use Norton and they have no problems. It seems like the Liveupdate is constantly running, if I run it manually, there are no pending updates (it is not stuck on trying to update). If I turn the auto update feature off, this helps somewhat but the program still causes hicups. I know it is the Norton program (there is nothing else running and I do not believe that I have any viruses). Is there a fix or update to correct this? Is this a known is for anyone else?
