Before anyone thinks of saying "the cloud is up to date" - please don't. If what comes down to the end user is 48 hours out of date, then the chances are the cloud is too.
Ever since the issue with the new version and Windows action center protection/live updates haven't been coming down as regularly and sometimes not for well over 24 hours. The day before yesterday I got an update a few minutes before midnight GMT. Today is one example of no updates coming down at all and no scans have been performed on my system for over a day now because of it. God only know what's slipping through the net.
I'm sure others have noticed this being an issue, as they have in the past but if anyone is currently experiencing a spike in these issues, please say something - it seems we have to create a mob with flaming torches before Norton/Symantec take anything seriously these days.
