I've been having a problem with the firewall on Norton 360 for awhile now and cannot seem to fix it myself. The problem is, that norton firewall is blocking a Valve software game Team Fortress 2 from searching or joining any servers to play. It has let me do this only 1 time and then magically it decided it would block it from there after. I discovered this after checking the security history and seen it "blocked" the file hl2.exe. When I goto a more detailed view and click the "view rule" button. This will take me to program rules tab on the firewall. The program list is a total BLANK and when I try and search for the file the program does nothing at all. Also on the detailed view, if I click the "file insight" button it will tell me I have "no internet connection". I've made sure my 360 is up to date and have tried over and over to get this problem fixed. Any ideas on how to fix this or am I just going to have to turn the firewall off everytime I just want to play a simple game of team fortress 2?
