I'm running vista home premium 32 bit, NIS 2011, my NIS says that my computer is at risk and wont let me turn on my smart firewall. Everytime i turn it on it turns off in about 10 seconds and brings me to a one click support session screen where it prompts me to begin the suport session. It shows error 3040,10001 and takes me to a support site where it tells me to exit all programs and restart my computer, ive done this several times and it doesent work. Someone please help me with this.
