I have 360 and on the smart scan when it gets to the advanced portion it shows several issues. When I click on "View Solution" the next page shows an error msg... "Access Denied" you don't have permission to access ( Has a long link ) and a reference #
Has anyone else come across this, is this normal depending on your subscription. I have the level that allows up to 5 devices.
Can you please check if “SPECIAL OFFER NOTIFICATIONS” are enabled or not. You can open Norton app and click on “open” next to device security. Then click on settings in the top side and go to “administrative settings” and scroll down and you will see the option of special offer notifications, toggle it off it is enabled. Once you have done that run smart scan again and check if you still see several issues mentioned there .
