Just updated norton with live update and now it wont let me close the quickscan. Once completed and i click continue it just stays that way.
Any advice
Here is my latest Quick Scan pages. On the first page after the quick scan do you see Skip for Now. If so click on that and it will bring up the second page that has an X at the top right.
Clicking that closes the window.
Same here, it is not possible to get back to the home menu after smart scan.
I am having problems with Smart Scan as well https://community.norton.com/t/smart-scan-results-only-shows-you-what-is-slowing-down-computer-and-an-advertisement-to-try-norton-ultimate-utilities/528023 but not in the way you are having so I took that off the schedule runs and I only use Quick Scan now. This latest update to Norton seems to be really buggy.
