Can Norton be downloaded with vpn on a smart TV? If so what/how do I do this? I want to blind my IP address on the TV.

To elaborate a little. The Smart TV's that do use an Android OS use a proprietary, modified version of the OS. These changes make it incompatible with many apps, including Norton. And any other OS being used has not been supported.
