SmartScan Error

When SmartScan reaches the final stage (Advanced Issues) the operation stops and displays an error message:

What's going on and why?

Norton360
Windows 10

Update: The April MS updates coupled with the "C" band optional update appear to have corrected the issues on my end. My Windows 11 machine had the memory error and experienced extremely long boot times from power on to login. Now resolved with installing KB5011831.

Update: I too get the same memory error dump except with the codes being different on my Windows 11 machine. No screenshot was available due to an instant BSOD and automatic restart. I haven't installed the April patches yet on this machine so I will do so and recheck. Hopefully without any issues.

FWIW!! As a test I ran Smart Scan on my daily Windows 10 x64 Pro 21H2 machine and found no issues present as the scans complete as they should. I have not ran SC on my Windows 11 machine to test but will do so ASAP. Have you manually ran live updates and completed a reboot to recheck since yesterday? Do you have fast startup enabled? Here is how to disable it. https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/4189-turn-off-fast-startup-windows-1...

v22.22.3.9. I had to uninstall & reinstall N360 yesterday.

What version of Norton 360?
