I have bought Norton Mobile Security I have 165 days remaining.

I had flagged one number for both sms and call blocking. But I could see an sms this morning from the blocked number in Hangouts. When I went to Mobile Security under Call Blocking it mentioned that the sms was blocked. But then I should not see it in hangouts. Please rectify. Blocked content should only be visible in your blocked section as a log not elsewhere.
I am not sure about call blocking, as I have not faced the situation yet. The about section of Norton Mobile security mentions its version as
