Snap.do removal on Windows 8

Does anyone have an easy way to remove snap.do from Windows 8 and is there any way to stop it installing again?

why didnt norton not stop snap.do dowloading to my laptop. I am wary of clicking onto an unknown link to a snap.do site ....they are the ones causing me so much grief. Can anyone help get this site off my pc
