i just thought i would start a new post about the new Sneak Peek feature of Norton Anti-theft Plugin for Android Devices.
I have no problems with taking the Sneaky Peeky using the Anti-theft webiste, but i do notice it does still activate the shutter sound when the image is taken.
I did notice in another thread now closed nomadicsmile had a issue where a device was making multiple shutter sounds (plus other issues with the cameras), and with the other device no sound which is what i would call sneaky.
Now as it is a setting of the camera apps where the shutter sound can sometimes be disabled , is there anyway the NAT plugin can disable the shutter sound on the paticular device that the app is installed on when taking the photo ??? I would think it might be difficult to have that control over a device but i might be wrong.???
I am not sure if it is normal or just a teething issue with a very promising Security feature for NAT Android users.
And the last thing i not sure if it has been asked but is there any plan to introduce a sms text comand in the future??????
Now that would be cool to recieve a happy snap of the theif with your device or the cafe where you left it sent to your buddies smart phone that would be good.
