I have a Moto X (second generation) and the "sneak peek" function returns a black screen. I have worked for hours with tech support and end up being told that someone will contact me in 24-48 hours. I have notice that others have had this problem with android phones, but the tech support seems to think that this is an unusual problem. Help!!!
