Norton App Lock Sneak Peek not working?

The issue was escalated, but there was no resolution noted in that thread. I just tested again on my tablet and the feature did not work.
I'll escalate the issue again to see if we get an answer this time.
EDIT
I my initial test was to try unlocking my tablet and entering the wrong pass code three times and there was no sneak peek photo taken as per the description in the Help section of the App Lock app.
I then tested opening an app that is protected by app lock and entering the App Lock passcode incorrectly did take a picture.
I'll send this added info to the App Lock team.
Has it worked in the past for you?
What country are you in? This feature is not available in certain countries to conform with privacy laws.
