Installed Norton Anti theft from a free bundle. Sneek peek has worked great for about 3 weeks, now it just sits there and eventually the program signs me out. Have uninsalled/re installed doesn't help. Picutre may show up hrs later when I sign back in typically nothing though.
This exact issue happened on both my Galaxy S3's both are always either on wifi or data connection. Running Jelly bean 4.1.2.
Also a new issue is one phone shows offline even though it is on Wifi 24/7. Other phone that is on data a good portion of the day works fine and fine on wifi in the evenings.
If it is just sneak peek that is not working it may be related to where you are and what Norton believes that the local legislation requires. I believe that in a number of countries the sneak peek facility has been disabled because of privacy concerns.
IN the USA has worked fine in the past and works once in a great while now maybe 1 out of 20 times only after waiting for 30+ mins or more for the photo to show the app has become useless now.
Even the locating of the phone is not working now. It has me at my last point 23hrs ago even though it should update each hr.
Same issue both phones. Unistalled reinstalled a few times nothing works.
So as I understand it, the feature works but is erratic. I could suggest that you try de-installing and re-installing. However if you have Galaxy S3's I would suggest that instead of using Norton Anti-Theft (NAT) that you try Norton Mobile Security (NMS) or Norton Security & Antivirus as I think it is currently called in Google Play. That has all the features that NAT had and is probably kept more uptodate. I realise however that to get the full features you would need to pay. :-(

Hi drew66
I would fully agree with Andmike that Norton Mobile Security (NMS) would be a wise
choice for your Android device as it has the Norton Anti-Theft features plus more.
We understand that you will have to pay for it but it is on special at the moment
in the Norton Online Store for US users
So it might be worth looking at for a bargain at the moment. :)
More info about NMS for your Android device from the Norton Online Store can be
Anti theft was part of a free bundle. IT worked fine for weeks pictures would show up in 30 seconds max.
Now it rarely works if at all. Also location has stopped working nothing has changed on my phone. I have no real use for an antivirus on Android though that is a discussion for another day. I.E. just be careful, 3rd party apps etc.
Nor do i want to pay for the features that have worked perfectly until now. I aprreciate the help but ther must be a way to fix this. As mentioned I have done the install reinstall route. NO GO.
