Hi, I have installed Norton Family on three laptops for my kids. Sometimes I am able to see activity, and sometimes not. Sometimes it monitors the time, sometimes not. Sometimes it logs them off at the appropriate time, sometimes not. I see messages that they have disabled the program, and they aren't even on the laptop. Etc, etc, etc.
I am getting very frustrated with this. Why is this system not user friendly? I don't feel that I can trust this program to keep my children safe on the internet.
I really don't want to spend alot of time with this and am ready to give up and find something else more user friendly. From looking at this forum, it appears many also have issues.
Can you please give me a list of things to check? I will go through them and see if anything is off. So sad, I was hoping this would be user friendly.
All three laptops have the latest Norton Family downloaded on 12/26 and Windows 7. Norton 360 is not on these laptops.
