I have been using Online Family for nearly two months now and the social network monitoring appears to be doing nothing. My son uses Facebook sometimes updating status and using chat. He also uses a few other social networking sites. He using google chrome as his browser. His activity states no activity and his settings state "...has no known Social Network Accounts". I would be interested to know how much he uses it but not really worried too much about the content. I am a friend to his FB account so can see his posts.
Please can you tell me why it is not working for me?
I expect it to list his social networking sites and also list how often he access them.
Does anyone have this issue with the software?
