Important notice regarding Software Assistance !
Be aware of software assistance from a company called Techkangaroo through the following Phone numbers :
1-888-456-6507 or 1-800-277-6232 or 1-855-551-5005
If you have software issues with AVG or Norton and possibly other software you may be directed to the above phone numbers for support !
This company origin is Singapore , they greet you with all respect and they are very polite. but when you look into the company website you find for starters that the contact page doesn't work this “info@techkangaroo.com is disabled and their Facebook page is permanently disabled !
Some other things that need to be said, is when they provide you with software to fix your problems they provide pirated versions ! Also when they start to help you they use Team Viewer, which gives them full access to you computer, and I mean full access !! They promise you full results to your problems which seems to not be correct, and then you are calling them again, giving them additional money and or access to your computer. For instance I recently paid to have them fix my issues and they were unsuccessful , they promised to refund the payment I made and I'm still waiting . They make up excuses that because they are overseas it takes longer, witch is not the case, and so on ! They use fictitious names like Scott or Richard and Harry Jordon, and if you have talked with them they clearly don't meet their accents.
All I can say about this company is don't use them, they are scammers and they want to provide you with pirated or at the very least a bandaid software.
Please DO NOT USE TECHKANGAROO to fix your computer issues and spread the word !!!!
