fwiw ~ my understanding:
An update was released to fix this issue. Users have to run Norton LiveUpdate and Restart (not Shut down) their machine to get the fix.
I am done with this issue but still have other issues like the Protection Score alert that doesnt go away for a while. Need that fixed. Why does that message stay there after viewing the prot score. Norton..fix that. And the prot score says i need to run a scan but I already did. This needs to be fixed.

I imagine you’ve tried Norton DIY Troubleshooting → Repair Norton | Reset to Default | clean Norton 360 install? Note: Reset to Default resets Cloud Backup.
I imagine you’ve documented your Protection Score issue via Norton support?

Nope. The Protection Score alert issue has been an issue for months. It says 1 alert. I click on the Go to Protection Score and then look at it. Then back home and that alert message is still there. Nothing has been fixed. still an issue. the alert 1 stays there. SHould go away. It sticks around. Just tested it and not resolved. Also my backup failed for some reason. Maybe it was in progress when i shut down my pc yesterday. Need bugs fixed.

@gmPro182 Regarding your initial post about SU not updating Zoom. A Norton Employee/Admin has said there is a patch available to rectify that issue. Running Live Update should give you that patch.

978 er en patch der fjerner alle ustabilitet i 26.3 det en bugfix patch din hade fejl er lige blevet rettet i 978 tror jeg darkweb rettet med mere vpn og der er mange flere som kommer før jeg 26.4 kommer det er faktisk en miner bugfix patch selv om den heder hotfix er det en stor hotfix

i have run live updates recently anyway. My new issue is still outstanding about the Protection Report Alert. they should remove those. We can just click on protection score to see where that alert takes us. It is redundant and it stays there and then goes away after a period of time finally. No need for that alert in inbox. just wastes my time and wont go away. Silly stuff.
