Twice now I have gone on chat and on a remote session, a software that I have downloaded called SmartApp which was blocked by Norton, was put back to its tray on the right hand bottom corner and made to function. Now again the SmartApp icon is not showing on the tray. I checked Security > History and it is showing in orange colour as medium severity. How can I overrule the medium severity and allow the SmartApp back on my tray?
I tried to connect to chat and go on a remote session to fix the problem but I am seemed to be blocked by Norton. Can this be fixed?
