I want to back up JUST a couple of directories. I know how to Include and Exclude folders, my question is what to Exclude ? If I Enable ALL File Types and don't exclude any Folders, does it back up everything ?
Can I Exclude C: and then Include C:\Users\My Name\Documents to get just the files in my Documents folder ?
The answer is YES. Exclude C: and then Include the specific folders you want backed up.

I just include the specific folder/s.

C:\Users\bjm\Documents ....works for me... to get just the files in my Documents folder.
Test for yourself. You may Delete backup set(tings) and files...if your test does not satisfy.
